Welcome to the Christmas in July Blog Hop with Inspired Stamps (check out the awesome coupon below)! If you arrived here from Jenn's wonderful post then you should be at the last blog of the day!
My Christmas tag is not in a traditional tag shape but the cartridge labeled it a tag so I'm going with it! I made a gift tag for a special someone and wrapped it with ribbon around a pillow box. The beautiful Christmas scene is from the lovely Inspired Stamps Vintage Christmas Stamp Set. This set is a must have for Christmas cards! The "to and from" as well as the tiny star are from the equally versatile Blessed Little Christmas Stamp Set.
I love how my rosemary bush mimics a Christmas Tree! All of these Christmas tags now have me in the mood to get busy on Christmas projects-you know it's barely over 5 months to the big day! Thanks for joining us on our Christmas Tag blog hop! Be sure to visit the Inspired Stamps Blog and leave a comment! But first, I have a surprise-become a follower of my blog (if you're not) and then leave me a comment below and tell me when you start your Christmas projects. I'll have a drawing and send an Inspired Stamp to a lucky someone! Be sure to leave me your e-mail as well for contacting the winner.

Thank you Kristan! I really appreciate you visiting my blog and commenting:)
DeleteGreat job matching the ribbon to the paper. I love this. It is very Christmassy---it makes me think of Jesus, which is the point.
ReplyDeleteI start my Christmas cards and tags in the summer since it takes so long. I just have to do it when it's cool at night--no AC. I just joined your blog.
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting, joining and commenting Sharon! I could not live without a/c here in TX-you can't even expect cool nights here!
DeleteYour tag is adorable! I'm hoping to start my Christmas cards soon. I just got a beautiful nativity stamp. I prefer Christmas decor that emphasizes the true meaning of Christmas- Christ Himself! I just joined your blog. My email is dpntdn@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Diane for your comment and for following my blog! I also prefer my Christ centered Christmas decor but admit I have a soft spot for snowmen-maybe because we rarely see snow here!
DeleteVery beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteThank you Anita!
DeleteLove the more subtle Christmas colours you have used on your tag.
ReplyDeleteBlessings
Maxine
Thanks for stopping and commenting Maxine! I usually prefer "non-traditional" Christmas colors. I'm not sure who decided bright red and green were compatible-LOL!
DeleteGood idea to have 2 star--they coordinate. You used pretty colors on your tag. Sharon G sent me to this blog hop. natasha.poteraj@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI joined your blog. I start to make my Christmas cards in the fall because I make them all by hand. It takes a long time, but people seem to like them. Sharon G sent me to your blog hop.
ReplyDeleteCute tag! ♥ Jamie at CraftyGirl21
ReplyDeleteGorgeous tag--I like the shape and colors.
ReplyDeleteI am a follower.
I always have good intentions of starting my Christmas projects early but it never seems to work so they end up being last minute in December--maybe this year will be different.

ReplyDeleteI like the colors you used. The red is a different sort, not your typical red used for Christmas. I like that it is different. Sharon Gullikson sent me to go on the blog hop.
ReplyDeleteAnd I just joined your blog following, so count me in! Thanks.
Your tag is beautiful! I love the burgundy and kraft colors and I definitely love the stamp you used!
