Inspired Stamps Thursday and a Giveaway!!

Welcome to Inspired Stamps Thursday! Today I am sharing the beautiful new Hymns: Wings and Feathers stamp set. The peacock feather is just 1 of the several stamps in this set.  I used pencils ( a rarity for me!) to color the image and then covered it  with Rock Candy Stickles for some sparkle.  It's hard to capture the sparkle in a picture but I think you can see a bit of it in this closeup.

I also used one of the scripture stamps from the His Word stamp set. The paper is Bazzil and you can find several selections of it in the Inspired Stamps online store.

Now, if you're still reading, let me tell you about our exciting giveaway to be held APRIL 10th! There will be a drawing in celebration of having 100,000 views of the Inspired Stamps blog. Antoinette will be choosing 10 winners to get $10 of store credit!  She will choose 3 from the comments on the Inspired Stamps blog posts AND ONE commenter  from EACH of the DT blogs for TODAY MARCH 24th and the posts on APRIL 3rd.  You can post ONE comment per post (so 2 per your blog--1 the 24th and 1 the 3rd).  But you can enter more by commenting on the other DTs blogs and of course, the Inspired Stamps blog's DT posts for those 2 dates. Inspired Stamps New Release

Lots of gorgeous new stamps at Inspired Stamps TODAY!  We are introducing the new Hymns stamp collections. I used the Wings Stamp Set which includes yummy feathers, angel wings, butterfly wings and more. All are backed/filled with hymns.  You can color them or stamp them on colored paper as I did. You must go to the Inspired Stamps Blog to see the different creations using the Hymns stamps sets-some of my favorites are the lovely Hymn Girls.

I chose to make a wall hanging for a friend of mine.  I used a set of wings stamps to transform the figure into an angel and used another pair of wings for the butterfly.  The scripture is from the Psalm 91 Stamp Set.
