Inspired Stamps Design Team Thursday

My Inspired Stamps card for you today is one I am sending to a family who lost their dear dog, "Bo", last week.  Now, I know there are some who believe God has more to think about than our pets but I believe God was "in the details" of this card and gave me the "push" to create it knowing I would have an opportunity to hopefully lift the spirits of this family.

Why? Because, I had no idea "Bo" was ill and didn't even know his name until after I made this card.  Only after I completed it for this post did I hear about his sudden passing and how saddened his family was (he was especially special to their pre-teen daughter and loved by their 8 yo son).  You can say what you want but I think God had me use a "B" (for "Bo") scrabble tile on the front and choose the sentiment inside just for them.

For this card I made a "Joy-fold" card.  Don't ask me why it's called that-I have no clue:).  Maybe because it brings joy to the recipient?  Any-hoo, this is what it looks like when opened:

For the sweet boy, I used the His Little Ones:Boy Praying stamp and the little pup is from God's Creatures Pets stamp set.  The inside sentiment is from Card Ministry Basic Set.  I hope you have a blessed week and thank you so much for stopping by!  Be sure and check the blogs of the other talented members of the Inspired Stamps Design Team!

other supplies: CTMH paper and ink, CTMH Artiste Cricut cartridge, Copics, clip from stash
