New glass block

My sister special ordered this for a co-worker.  My computer had a "worm" so I couldn't use my Design Studio.  I wasn't sure I remembered how to use the Cricut the "old-fashioned" way but I think it turned out pretty nice.  This is a small glass block from Hobby Lobby.  I used a piece of vellum for the background and adhered brown vinyl to the vellum.  "Faith" is from Home Accents and the rest is from Home Decor.

    I love this!!! I am new to all of this. Could you tell me please how you attached the vellum to the block? And after you put the vinyl on, did you seal it with anything? this is beautiful!! Thanks!
