Inspired Stamps Scripture Card

Time for another visit to Inspired Stamps! For today's card I used the 2x2 Joshua 1:9 stamp. These Scripture stamps are the perfect size for a card. Inspired Stamps Panel Card

We are bringing you Christmas Cards this week at Inspired Stamps. I decided to share a panel card using the precious Nativity Stamp Set.

I cut a 6x12 white sheet of cardstock and then scored and folded every 3 inches. I then cut and adhered the banner pieces on each panel. To continue the shiny gold look, I used gold embossing powder on each stamped image and then ran the edges of their mats through Versamark ink and embossed with the gold powder. I love it so much I may have to make more before the big day!

Inspired Stamps Father's Day Card

I actually will be giving this card to my son as a birthday card. He will be turning 21 on Saturday which is difficult to believe! Inspired Stamps Grad Card

Welcome to an early Inspired Stamps post. I have several graduates in my life and wanted to share one of the cards I've made for them.  I used one of the adorable His Little Ones stamps today. There are several of these little cuties to choose from.  I also used 1 of the great scriptures from the His Plans stamp set.

Inspired Stamps Fall Card

Inspired Stamps has beautiful Fall stamps you should certainly add to your collection!  I used my favorite pumpkin from Fall Gratitude,  Hymn Girls: January (just covered the heart with a pumpkin) and a sentiment from More Perfect Sentiments. The yummy Fall papers are from the new Bo Bunny papers in the IS on-line store.

Quick post today.  My crafting has had to go  into high gear this week due to my DIL's baby shower, son needing a last minute Homecoming mum, an order for 3 gifts and more! Definitely the season.

Fall Inspired Stamps Card

I promise, Fall will return! Of course here in N. TX it will be later rather than sooner but in the meantime, I can dream of cooler days and plump pumpkins with my Fall stamps from Inspired Stamps!  

Today's card combines a couple of my favorite stamp sets. The basket and sentiment come from the Leaves set and the pumpkins are from Fall Gratitude. For the inside scripture I used one of  the stamps from the Thanksgiving stamp set. Don't forget to visit the Inspired Stamps Blog to see all the beautiful Fall cards.

Christmas Scripture Card

On this final day of July,  we are actually enjoying much cooler temps than normal in Texas. Maybe not Christmas temps, but close enough! So, before we leave this unusually cool summer day for a hot August, I wanted to share a Christmas card using Inspired Stamps. The wisemen stamp is from the Vintage Christmas set and the scripture is from the Poinsettia stamp set.

Christmas in July Blog Hop

 I used ONE stamp set to create 3 fun Christmas Chalkboard cards.  The very versatile Snowmen Stamp Set comes with so many stamps-I didn't even use them all!  Bonus-all the Christmas stamps are on sale today at Inspired Stamps!

I once again turned to the "sandwich board" style card and turned them into chalkboards by using chalkboard cardstock and white pigment ink.

New Release from Inspired Stamps

 The new releases for July will hit the Inspired Stamps store on Friday after noon and this 2x2 will be among them.  This is a super versatile sentiment and will be great for inside or out on a card.  It is called "Big Hug" and I know you will want it!  I paired it with my fave Hymn Girl: June.  I used 2 stacked pop dots to give her a lift and then gently turned her arms and hands in to give the illusion that she's reaching out with a big hug.

Inspired Stamps $3.99 Scripture Stamp

I love all the stamps at Inspired Stamps but the ones I turn to time and again are the 2x2 Scripture stamps.  At $3.99 they are so affordable.  They are the perfect size for cards and tags. Today I used 1 Corinthians 15:57.   The paper is from the 6x6 Bazzill Paper pad-Vintage Lace.  It is also available in the Inspired Stamps store.

Inspired Stamps New Release

Today is a great day because Inspired Stamps is introducing new stamps! I was assigned the new $3.99 2x2 stamp Genesis 1:1.  The single scripture stamps are some of my most used stamps because they are perfect for a card front, inside sentiment, tag, etc. and they cost less than a Starbucks drink!

I chose to create a "sandwich board" style card and think it really shows off the scripture well.  Kinda reminds me of those old flannel boards we had in Sunday School decades ago!  They are super easy to make. This pic doesn't show  it well but the back has the same "legs" as the front to allow the card to stand.  Just cut cardstock that is 4.5" across and 12 inches long and fold to create a 4.5 x 6 card.  Then just cut in by 1" on each side of the bottom and up by 2".  Easy peasy. Also, if you like using these metal clips but don't want the added bulk, just use a wire cutter to pull out the center pin and then fold in the tabs that were holding it in place. Now you have 2 "clips"

Inspired Stamps Box Card

Today's Inspired Stamp Design Team assignment was "summer".  I think I captured that pretty well with my 1st attempt at a box card. I used several great stamp sets including: Hymn: Birds and Trees, Flower Value Set, Hymn: Earth and Weather, and Psalm 118:24. Be sure to stop by the blog and see the rest of the team's great cards.

For the box card base, I cut it on my Explore, using the FREE Cricut Explore file from The Non-Crafty Scrapper.

New Inspired Stamp Releases!

I love new stamp releases! It's so much fun to have new stamps to create with.  Inspired Stamps has new 2x2 scripture stamps and more today.  I am sharing the new single scripture stamp- Romans 5:1. I also included the June Hymn Girl and a wing from Hymn: Wings and Feathers.

Inspired Stamps Grad Card

I created this card for our youngest son who will graduate from High School in June.  The other 2 graduated in 2012 and 2005 from the same high school.  It is amazing to me how quickly the years have flown by and we will be sending our youngest baby bird out of the nest!

I used one of the owls again from the Inspired Stamps Owls set and colored him in the school colors.  The sentiments are from the same stamp set.  The globe is from the Hymn: Earth and Weather Stamp Set and the scripture is from the versatile His Plans Set. All cardstock is by Bazzill and I used the fun new Tim Holtz mini ink pads.  Both can be found on the Inspired Stamps website now.

Inspired Stamps Baby Card

Today we were asked to do an Inspired Stamps wedding or baby card. I had planned on doing a wedding card until my son and daughter-in-love shared some amazing news with us...they're having their first baby and I'm going to be a "Mimi" by Christmas!!! WOO HOO!!!!

OK, back to the card-this will be sent to the mommy and daddy-to-be to congratulate them on the news!

For the sweet owl family, I used the versatile Owls stamp set
 and for the sentiment, the multi-functional More Perfect Sentiments. Now excuse me while I go start turning the guest room into a grandbaby nursery-lol!
